WLPS Strategic Plan 2026 - 2031

The Windsor Locks Public Schools Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the district’s work over the next five years. It outlines our shared priorities, goals, and measures of success as we continue to support student learning, strengthen school culture and climate, and improve the systems and operations that serve our students, staff, families, and community.
